We are proud to announce our membership with the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC), the only non-profit organisation in Singapore with a concerted private-public sector partnership to achieve a greener, healthier, and more sustainable built-environment.

Joining more than 420 organisations from various industries, including building and constructions, Knauf Insulation aims to contribute to the development of green buildings in Singapore. We believe that green buildings not only benefit the environment but also provide a healthier and more comfortable living and working environment for occupants.

SGBC stands as a prominent advocate for the green building movement in Singapore, representing a diverse membership that includes building owners, developers, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals. SGBC enables sustainability across the building and construction value chain, championing capability development and innovative solutions that support industry transformation through its Membership, Outreach and Certification programmes.

Knauf Insulation has always been defined by sustainability. Our products inherently reduce energy, but on top of that our insulation products and systems are amongst the most sustainable, from high levels of recycled content in our glasswool insulation to our unique bio-based binder — ECOSE® Technology.  Our glasswool insulation was the first to receive Gold for Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold certification in 2010 and to earn Declare. Red List Free label marking a major breakthrough for building well-being and health.
